Step Forward Leadership focuses on the specific needs and challenges facing women in the workplace. It provides the opportunity for personal insight and reflection, gaining feedback from others, and sharing best practices. This unique experience combines one-on-one executive coaching, a two-and-a-half day leadership retreat, peer coaching, and network building. Step Forward Leadership supports women leaders at all levels to build confidence and capabilities, advance careers, increase compensation, and improve results.
